A Cabin in South Tyrol, Italy, Friday Evening

A day spent indoors had been followed by one where Watts and Steven had visited the nearby town for lunch, as well as a bit of shopping (wine, of course, and a souvenir for Raphael, among other things), and then today?

Well, it had started with a lie-in, followed by French toast for a late (very late) breakfast, and then there had been a knock at the door with some flower deliveries - truly impressive, really, how the Student Council had known to deliver them here despite neither Steven nor Watts providing anyone explicit details regarding their destination.

There had been at least one other delivery as well, thankfully when Steven had been occupied in a manner that meant he hadn't seen who was at the door, which allowed Watts to stash said delivery in the sleeping area with one of his suit jackets to cover it.

And that wasn't even the last of it! Dinner had been dropped off from a not-quite-local restaurant, and having just poured their wine glasses, Watts pulled out Steven's chair with a flourish. "Here we are," he declared.

Steven shivered. "All yours. Entirely."

Which was part of what the marks indicated, but no harm in saying so out loud, yes?

"Mine," Watts breathed against Steven's skin, tongue darting out to trace that mark before he lightly sucked on it again.

Steven shivered again. "Am I part of dinner now?"

He didn't sound like he minded if the answer was yes.

What other response was there to that than to gently nip at that same spot?

"Do I taste better than a carrot?" Steven asked. He was grinning to show he was joking. It was Steven so the joke wasn't actually dirty.

"Exponentially," Watts declared, pulling away with visible reluctance at the reminder of their dinner.

"Lucky me," Steven said, even as a blush touched his cheeks. "To know I inspire such... appetite."

"I am insatiable, when it comes to you," Watts informed Steven.

"So happens I have a limitless supply of me," Steven said. "If you want it. No end in sight."

"Oh I do," Watts said fervently, in between hasty bites at the rest of that spätzle. "I do want you."

Steven was going to finish off his own last few bites in a moment, really. But he was enjoying watching Llewellyn be so passionate first.

About food.

Watts met Steven's gaze, eyebrows wiggling as he worked on those last few bites.

Llewellyn earned another blush and giggle for his trouble. Steven then focused on finishing off his own meal before he got distracted again.

"Now that leaves us with just- one more question," Watts realised.

"When will we do the washing up?" Steven guessed. But he was grinning to show he wasn't serious.

"Tomorrow," Watts said, without hesitation. "But- dessert." Currently taking up most of the space in the small refrigerator's freezer.

"Dancing first," Steven said, with his own lack of hesitation.

"A wonderful interlude," Watts agreed, standing and holding a hand out for Steven to take.

"With a wonderful man," Steven said as he took the offered hand.

[pocketpretzels]

"Thank you for finding me so," Watts declared, pulling Steven to his feet. "Do we want music?" he asked.

"I think so," Steven said. "Help set the mood on a special day."

"All right," Watts said, dishing out his mobile telephone and cueing up an appropriate song, then turning back to Steven and pulling him into his arms.

Steven got in nice and close, happy to feel Llewellyn holding him. "Not much space. We'll have to stay near."

"Never a hardship, being near to you," Watts replied warmly.

[hasaknightjob]

"Close enough to hear a heart beat," Steven said. Though he went to rest his head on Llewellyn's shoulder. Not a great position to hear a heart beat from, but a good one for being close to the man you loved.
