After their usual jaunt over to the mainland, Watts had headed to the kitchen to do a bit of baking, and then to the library for some piano practice.

And as he'd told Steven the other day at lunch, he was close to mastering the piece he was currently working on. Maddeningly close, in fact. So absorbed was he in getting to the point where he could play it through without a stumble that he did not notice as the hour ticked over past that where he usually stopped for the evening so he and Steven could have dinner together. Instead, he kept playing, and playing, single-minded in his determination to finally master the piece.

"We're good right now," Steven agreed, looking up towards the ceiling. Midnight could mean well but get overeager to help if they weren't careful. And if cake wasn't a good reason to interrupt what he and Llewellyn were about to do, home renovations certainly weren't.

"About to be better," Watts said, with a playful nip to Steven's bottom lip as he leaned in to kiss him again.

Steven gave a happy squeak before he kissed Llewellyn back. He tugged them further into the room so they could get close to the bed.

Watts's legs bumped up against the edge of the bed and he almost pulled Steven down on to it with him before deciding to change tactics. "Clothes," he breathed. "Off first."

"Right, yes," Steven said, and started working to remove Llewellyn's clothing.

Normally, Watts tended to focus on getting Steven undressed before worrying about himself, but tonight he was shucking off his own trousers even as Steven worked his way through his waistcoat and shirt buttons.

Steven wasn't complaining about the help. The faster Llewellyn's clothes came off the better, in his opinion. Which was clear when he admired the view of Llewellyn as they were removed.

"Now yours," Watts insisted, reaching to help divest Steven of his shirt.

"Hmm?" Steven asked, briefly distracted by looking at Llewellyn's bare chest. "Oh, right, right."

Steven went to help with taking his clothes off because fair was fair.

"Ah, there we are," Watts said triumphantly once he won the brief battle with Steven's shirt.

"Just a tick," Steven said, bracing one hand on Llewellyn's shoulder so he wouldn't lose his balance while taking care of the rest of his clothing. Once that was done he smiled. "There. All yours."

Naturally, now it was Watts's turn to take a moment to admire what he had before him. "Beautiful," he sighed.

And then he was pulling them down on to the bed. "Show me," he said again. "How I am yours."

Steven was naturally going to start with kisses, a few on Llewellyn's face before moving to Llewellyn's mouth and lingering there.

A most excellent start, judging by the enthusiasm by which Watts responded to said kisses, particularly that last one.

Steven took that as encouragement to keep going with the kiss, while also letting his hand trail down Llewellyn's chest.

"Mmm," Watts hummed happily in response to that, his own hands tangling in Steven's hair for the moment.

Steven didn't mind that. He gave Llewellyn a harder kiss to encourage him. Meanwhile his hand took its time exploring Llewellyn's chest, enjoying the feel of the muscles.

"That feels nice," Watts sighed into Steven's mouth, because Steven's hands on him were always wonderful.

"You're right, it does," Steven replied with a grin. He moved his hand up so that his fingertips brushed Llewellyn's nipple.

"Chee- oh!" Watts gasped as Steven's fingertips brushed across that sensitive spot.

Steven smiled proudly at eliciting that reaction. He repeated the gesture to see if he could get it again.

And indeed he did, accompanied by a bit of writhing beneath him as Watts sought out more of that sensation.

Steven watched, enraptured. He shifted so that he could use his other hand to give some attention to Llewellyn's other nipple, mirroring the gestures.

"Please," Watts managed. "That's- oh. Yes."

Not terribly coherent but hopefully encouraging?

It was. Specifically, it encouraged Steven to bend down and replace one of his hands with his mouth. He lightly kissed and licked where his fingers had been.
