Saturday's routine had started off like normal, heading off to the mainland to attend services. Once they were back on the island, however, Watts was off to the clinic for the first in what he'd found out would be a series of vaccinations over the next several weeks.

Hence his current state, sore and generally unwell-feeling, bundled up on the couch in the library.

"My heart," Steven said. He put his free hand over Llewellyn's chest. "I took it and it's mine now."

"Healed it, then stole it," Watts said, grinning up at Steven.

"And now I'm keeping it," Steven said. He gave Llewellyn's chest a decisive pat. "Mine forever."

"Just as I prefer it," Watts said with a contented sigh.

"The rest of you is mine as well," Steven said, so that was clear. "Not just your heart."

"Every last inch of me," Watts replied. "All yours."

Steven gave a light but possessive tug on Llewellyn's shirt. "All mine. No on else's."

"Now and always?"

"Now and always," Steven said. "I'm prepared to be stubborn about it if I need."

A feeling of warmth and content flooded Watts at Steven's words. "I love you," he said again, eyes a little watery as he smiled up at his beau.

Steven moved to hug him again. "I love you too, Llewellyn Watts. Fiercely and stubbornly."

Watts shifted positions so he could hug Steven back properly. "You are a wonder, Steven Grant."

"Thank you," Steven said. "I like that you mean that as a compliment."

"How else would I possibly mean that?" Watts asked, somewhat puzzled.

"Wonder why I'm so strange," Steven explained. "Something like that."

"Mmm, I've enough people asking me that question regarding myself," Watts said. "No need to ask it of others."

"You're not strange," Steven told him. "You're perfect."

"I like that you find me so," Watts told him.

"I like that I find you in my arms," Steven replied with a grin. "Happy day for me."

"Rather pleasant for me as well, being held by you," Watts replied.

"Would you like to change position?" Steven asked. "More of a cuddle? Or you could stay as you are, I don't mind."

"Are your hands getting tired?" Watts asked.

Steven considered so he could answer honestly. "The one on your arm a little bit? The one in your hair is fine."

"Then I could move, yes," Watts told him, shifting so he was sitting upright.

"You didn't have to - " Steven started to say. But if Llewellyn was going to change position Steven was going to wrap his arms around him and try to pull him close to his chest. Assuming Llewellyn was all right with that.
