 As was tradition, Watts and Steven had arrived at their hotel room yesterday and indulged in the strawberries and champagne that Watts had arranged to be there. Earlier today there had been snowshoeing and skating, and now they were changing out of outdoor clothes and in to something more appropriate for dinner, even if that dinner was just in their hotel room (also tradition).

"The clouds look like they've cleared some," Watts noted, peering out the window. "Perhaps we will get to see the Northern Lights after all."

"I could write it in my journal if we do," Steven said. Llewellyn's gift had pride of place on the nightstand by Steven's side of the bed.

"An excellent way to commemorate the occasion," Watts said, visibly pleased by how happy Steven was with the gift.

"Regardless, I've a gorgeous view," Steven said, looking directly at Llewellyn.

"I would like it known that my husband is a shameless flirt," Watts declared, looking fondly back at him.

"Shall I put that in my journal as well?" Steven replied, grinning.

"Have it recorded for posterity?" Watts asked, amused.

"Official holiday information and all," Steven confirmed.

"Ah, but it's true every day of the year," Watts countered. "Not just when we are on holiday."

"You are very flirt-worthy," Steven pointed out. "I take no shame in noticing that whenever we're together."

"I am pleased you still find me 'flirt-worthy'," Watts said, reaching to pull Steven in nice and close.

Steven happily nestled in close to Llewellyn. Much as one could nestle while standing. "I'm in love with you. I'd rather like you to stick around."

"Oh, I plan to," Watts said, leaning in to kiss him quickly. "Given how much I am in love with you. There's nowhere else I'd rather be."

"They do say what you do when new year comes about is what you'll be doing all year," Steven said. He bumped their noses together. "I like the sound of that."

"You, I hope," Watts snickered.

Steven chuckled as well. "You too. In all manners."

"I might just hold you to that," Watts said, emphasizing his point by tightening his arms around Steven's waist.

Steven moved his arms up to wrap around Llewellyn's shoulders. "You could hold me to you. I wouldn't object in the slightest."
