pocketpretzels: (hmmm)

Okay, so this trip had not turned out at all how Watts (or Steven, or Marc) had anticipated, but they'd managed to make the best of it and fit a little bit of touristing in here and there. Like Wednesday afternoon, they'd spent in Toronto and had managed to visit the Jewish market in the Ward (as well as several of Watts's favourite street food vendors).

Last night they'd caught an overnight train from New York back to Toronto, which had allowed them just enough time to fit in dinner and a Broadway show. Because going all the way to New York and not seeing a show seemed just wrong, somehow.

And then of course tonight- their last night before heading back to Fandom tomorrow morning- there was another show, one whose leading man happened to be a friend Watts was eager to introduce to Steven.

"I think you'll like him," he said to Steven as they waited. "I hope you will. He's a good lad."
